First game and first win!
Rayadas de Monterrey defeated Puebla Femenil 1-0 in Matchday 1 of Torneo Clausura 2024 played at Estadio BBVA.
Monterrey women’s team started the match with intensity looking to score, and it was Rebeca Bernal who gave the blue-and-whites the goal and the win.
Jermaine Seoposenwe had the first dangerous play at minute 4, when she received a pass from Myra Delgadillo, but her shot ended up in the hands of goalkeeper Karla Morales.
After a foul on Jermaine Seoposenwe inside the box, the referee awarded a penalty kick to Rayadas at minute 13.

With a powerful right-footed shot, Rebeca Bernal made the penalty kick effective and scored for Rayadas.
Pamela Tajonar saved her goal at minute 18, after making a great save on a header by Dulce Martinez.
At minute 33, Nicole Perez took a powerful shot from half distance, but the Puebla goalkeeper kept the ball.
In the second half, the blue-and-whites sought to extend the score, but the scoreboard remained unchanged.
Jermaine Seoposenwe came close to scoring the second goal of the match with a powerful header at minute 50.
Camila Ochoa made her debut in the First Division tonight at Estadio BBVA. Congratulations, Camila!

On Saturday, January 13, at 6:00 p.m., Rayadas will visit Tuzos de Pachuca Femenil at the Estadio Hidalgo for Matchday 2 of the Clausura 2024.
