In a match full of emotions and joy for the Rayados fans, Monterrey defeated Mazatlán 2-1 this Sunday at Estadio BBVA.
By reaching 11 games unbeaten in the Clausura 2024, Rayados tied its second best unbeaten streak in short tournaments.
Monterrey looked for the goal from the first minutes with pressure and intensity in attack, and Gerardo Arteaga was in charge of opening the scoring at the Casa Rayada.
