After 6 years of success, championships and great moments with the Institution, Jesus Gallardo's time as a Rayados player comes to an end.
The Mexican defender arrived at Monterrey for the Torneo Apertura 2018, after a great performance at the FIFA World Cup Russia 2018, and leaves a legacy at the Club.
During his time with Rayados, Gallardo won the Liga BBVA MX championship (in the Apertura 2019), the Copa MX (in the 2019-2020 season), two CONCACAF Champions League championships (in 2019 and 2021) and a Third Place in the FIFA Club World Cup (Qatar 2019).
He played 257 games with Monterrey, including 213 Liga BBVA MX games, 15 Copa MX games, 19 CONCACAF Champions League games, 6 Leagues Cup games and 4 FIFA Club World Cup games.
The Mexican player stood out for his speed, strength, power and goals from the left wing, where he was a pillar for the team.
With his performance and charisma, he won over the fans, who responded with support and recognition.
His great performances with Rayados kept Jesus as one of the most consistent players of the Mexican National Team, with which he won the Gold Cup championship (2019) and participated for the second time in a FIFA World Cup (Qatar 2022).
