Just days before the start of the Liga BBVA MX Femenil Apertura 2026 Tournament, Rayadas de Monterrey officially introduced Alejandría Godínez, Aerial Chavarin and Lindsey Thomas, who will help the Club pursue its objectives for the season.

Rayadas Sporting Director David Patiño welcomed the three players and outlined the team's ambitions.

"Our objective is clear: to surpass what we achieved last tournament, when we established ourselves by reaching the Final. We want to win the championship, and that's why we brought in these reinforcements," said the executive.

Daniela Solís, Rayadas Sporting Manager, spoke about the qualities each player will bring to the squad.

"Their quality and experience will strengthen what we already have at Rayadas. They arrive with a strong commitment to the badge, the Club and our fans as we continue building on the legacy that already exists," she said during the press conference at Estadio BBVA.

Goalkeeper Alejandría Godínez, who returns to the Club after two years, expressed her excitement about wearing the badge once again.

"Once a Rayada, always a Rayada. I'm incredibly happy, excited and grateful to be back. This Club has given me some of the greatest moments of my career, and I'll give my very best so that together we can bring our fans the joy and unforgettable moments they deserve," she shared.

Forward Aerial Chavarin said she is thrilled to join Monterrey and ready to help the team achieve its goals.

"I'm happy to be here and to help the team in any way I can, while helping my teammates grow as people and as players. When I play freely, I can give even more, support my team, score goals and enjoy every moment," she told the media.

Finally, French forward Lindsey Thomas highlighted the international reputation of Liga BBVA MX Femenil and emphasized her commitment to helping the team succeed.

"The Mexican league has earned great international recognition, and being part of Rayadas is very important to me. I'll be a disciplined, exemplary player, and I'll work hard to achieve success with the team and accomplish our objectives," she concluded.
