Martín Demichelis is a well-prepared coach with a winning mindset.

He began his coaching career in Europe in 2017 as an assistant to Miguel González "Michel" at Málaga CF in Spain.

Two years later, he got his first opportunity as a head coach with Bayern Munich's U-19 and Bayern Munich II teams in Germany.

In 2021, he joined River Plate in Argentina, where he won the Primera División championship, the Supercopa Argentina, and the Trofeo de Campeones, all in the 2023 season.

River Plate was the team with the best offense in 2023, scoring 50 goals, and the best defense, allowing only 20 goals.

Demichelis now arrives at Rayados de Monterrey, aiming to implement an attractive and winning style of play and achieve the best sporting results for the club.
