Nicolás Sánchez is the Head Coach of Rayados de Monterrey.
As a player, he wore the club’s colors from 2017 to 2021, establishing himself as one of the highest-scoring defenders in the Club’s history.
During his playing career with Rayados, he appeared in 179 matches and scored 42 goals. He won the Liga MX Apertura 2019, the 2019 Concacaf Champions League, and two Copa MX titles.
After retiring, he began his coaching career within the Club, taking charge of Raya2 Expansión. He later served as First Team institutional assistant coach, strengthening his role as a true man of the Club who understands Monterrey’s identity and high standards.
In March 2026, he was appointed Head Coach of the team with the goal of keeping Rayados among the top teams in Mexican football.
