She began her career in Mexico, but quickly emigrated to European soccer, where she made her debut in the First Division with Atletico Malaga Femenil.

In Europe, she played in different Spanish clubs, such as Levante, Sevilla, Logroño, Villarreal and FC Barcelona. With the Blaugrana club she won the League and Super Cup titles and reached the Final of the Women's Champions League. 

Pamela participated in the Mexican Women's National Team at an early age, as she played in the U-19 Women's World Cup, the Pan American Games in Santo Domingo 2003 and the Olympic Games in Athens 2004. 

In 2022, she joined Celtic in Scotland, and a year later returned to Mexico to begin her journey with the Rayadas and fight for more success for the Monterrey team.
