She began her career with Santos Ladies FC, from her native South Africa, and since then has played for teams such as UWC Ladies, from South Africa; Gintra Universitetas, from Lithuania; Real Betis, from Spain; and Sporting Club Braga, from Portugal, where she was League and Cup champion.
She arrived in 2022 to Mexican soccer with FC Juarez, where she scored the fastest goal in the Liga BBVA MX Femenil, 8 seconds after the start of the matchday 14 against Necaxa in the Apertura 2022.
With the South African Women's National Team, Jermaine won the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations championship, in addition to having participated in the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games, and in the Women's World Cup France 2019.
Jermaine joined Rayadas for the Apertura 2023 Tournament with the firm intention of continuing to achieve goals and winning championships for the Institution.
