Alice made her debut at just 13 years old on February 24, 2020, with Pachuca, where she became an undisputed starter, playing 117 Liga BBVA MX Femenil matches and scoring 18 goals.

In 2023, she was awarded the Liga BBVA MX Femenil Golden Ball as the best young player.

She won the CONCACAF U-20 Championship in the Dominican Republic in 2023, where she also received the Golden Ball, and participated in the World Cups in 2022 and 2024.

She made her Senior National Team debut in a friendly match against Thailand, where she scored a brace.

Alice joined Rayadas for the Clausura 2025 tournament, aiming to make history with the club.
