Carol, born in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, made her professional debut at 19 years old with Club Tigres during the Apertura 2021 tournament.

At the end of that tournament, she participated in the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Costa Rica with the Mexico U-20 Women's National Team, reaching the Quarterfinals.

After her international tournament appearance, she was called up to join FC Viktoria 1889 Berlin, where she played for a year and a half.
